Dear Family and Friends!

Greetings from Germany. We have  great need for your prayers for this following week and the 6 weeks after that...

1) 'CHRISTIVAL'- April 30th till May 4th, Tuesday to Sunday, 16,000+ youth and not so young (from all over Deutschland) will meet in Bremen for this huge Christian event put on by all the evangelical churches! There will be seminars, workshops, outreaches, praise and worship, etc all on topics focused on evangelism and reaching the lost. LEADING UP TO THIS HAS BEEN A HUGE SPIRITUAL BATTLE FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED AND SO MUCH OPPOSITION...one of the churches where teams were to stay was ransacked and the heating system destroyed, daily there are negative articles in the newspapers, some of the topics have been attacked and therefore stopped, and there are plans to demonstate against the fest next week at the different venues. Police will be involved to keep them them at a distance...

PLEASE PRAY FOR:

-grace for the youth who are being mocked and belitted by their school mates for involving in this

-protection for the youth (late nights out), leaders, and all the event locations

-unity, grace, strength and divine power for the leadership

-anointing for the speakers

-GOD TO FULFILL HIS PURPOSES, FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS!

2) '3:16, 40 days of HOPE'- taken from John 3:16, the churches in Bremen will focus for 6 weeks on evangelism, missions, and outreach into the community! Each Sunday the gospel will be shared from the pupit; weekly evangelism teams will go into the shopping malls, parks, streets; House groups will focus on evangelism, etc. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE TIME FOR GOD TO MOVE AND TOUCH HEARTS!

PLEASE PRAY FOR:

-unbelievers to attend the services and be saved!

-God's power and anointing on His people to reach out and bring others to Him

-anointed messages so bondages will be broken

-Christians to arise and continue this work of evangelism after the 40 days 

-wisdom to disciple those who come to Christ

WE ARE HERE IN GERMANY AT THIS TIME, BELIEVING GOD IS GOING TO MOVE POWERFULLY IN THESE DAYS IN BREMEN AND THE NATION! WE COVET YOUR PRAYERS FOR YESUPADAM TO GET HIS VISA SOON SO HE CAN BE HERE FOR THE 3:16 THRUST!!

Dearest Friends and Family!

Greetings in Jesus’ matchless name from India! The past 2 months have been a flurry of activity…hard to believe it’s March already, and almost Easter. We are so grateful for all that the Lord accomplished throughout our ministry, and although we can’t share every detail in 2 pages, I’ll try to give you tidbits of some of the ‘events’ so you can PRAISE GOD with us. J We will also be sending out the web address soon for you to browse our photos so you can feel like you were here with us!

Here’s a list of what we did…above and beyond the daily ins and outs of the ministry:

*held a 4 day children’s camp with 800+ people in attendance (children, teachers, staff) -felt like feeding the 5000!

*hosted 5 teams from the US, total 24 people, in a 3 week span-thank you all for your love for the Indian people, and for sacrificing time, energy, your health, and your comforts (like cold weather!) to serve so graciously!

*did around 10 days of medical camps/outreach in many poor villages, distributing free meds and teaching basic hygiene and health care. Thank you Robert, Glenda, Fred and Cheryl!!

*baptized over 100 people, some in mid-calf deep water (yes, emersion!) J

*Our 4 th new class/batch of 22 Nursing Students received ‘caps’ and lit candles, and recited the Florence Nightingale Pledge

*the US Teams traveled to 5 locations and held Pastor’s Conferences, night crusades, and preached the gospel in the villages! A fruitful time!

*held a one day Youth ‘retreat’, where majority committed their lives to reach India for Jesus!

*took 3 trips to the beach to show the Americans the Bay of Bengal J

*took a lot of trips to the Vizag ‘shopping mall’ for Indian clothes and souvenirs!

Then on March 1 st, 520 children in our Bethany Public School here at our headquarters put on a spectacular performance for over 500 parents and friends at our ‘school concert’. With incredible cultural dances, songs, dramas (with the clear gospel message), we saw this as a great opportunity share Christ and to advertise our school to the local community, and we immediately saw the fruit as a new child enrolled on Monday morning!

We praise God for faithful long term friends like David and Margaret-Elaine Jinno (20 years now since Yesupadam met them!), who spend a month here each year. David is the President of Love-n-Care Ministries USA and wrote the book Jesus’ Foot, and he taught 3-5 hours per day in our DTC class to Telugu and Hindi students (with translation of course)! Margaret-Elaine is an incredible seamstress, and spent long hours sewing many of the costumes for the Cinderella play, as well as mending clothing for our Children’s Home. Thank you both!! We appreciate your sacrifice very much.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

GERMAN VISA -We had to reapply for Yesupadam’s visa in order to return to Germany, and the process is again 6-12 weeks…please pray for favor with man and God-speed!

GERMANY -We praise God for what He is doing there, but as God moves, the enemy ‘roars like a prowling lion’. Please pray for God to continue to pour out His Spirit, and to guide, protect and strengthen His people and the leaders for the battle they are in!

GERMAN GUESTS -A consolation that we can’t be in Germany yet, is that God is bringing Germans to us. We will have 2 guests over the next 2 months-please pray God accomplishes all he desires for their time here, and enables them to adjust physically to the heat of weather and food!

MINISTRY -Please keep these in prayer, for God’s continued blessings, expansion, and provision…children homes, schools, Jr. College, old age home, hospital, computer center, printing press, sewing center, nursing school, disabled students and training center, Bible Schools, church planting and evangelism, recording studio.

TRIBAL CAMP -one of the most important things we do…evangelizing the tribal area village by village for the purpose of planting churches! Last year we completed the 11 districts that make up the Tribal mountain area!! This year we are going to 2 new areas, SriKakulam District (not Yesupadam’s village for those of you who know it) and Vijayanagaram District (both 2 hours north of us). We will also do evangelism in the Hindi speaking state of Chatisgarh with our Hindi DTC students and staff. Over 200 pastors, students, staff, and church members will go out for this huge venture, on April 1 st for around 2 weeks!

They need: wisdom in planning over these next 3 weeks, protection and safety, discernment and prudence, divine appointments and prepared hearts of all they come in contact with, discernment where to plant future churches, and God’s BLESSINGS!

2008 YEAR OF REFRESHING!

Dearest Family and Friends!

2007, our ‘Year of Prosperity’, has come to an end and we are rejoicing in all the ways the Lord has prospered us individually and as a ministry. And now, our ‘Year of Refreshing’ is at hand! The related Scriptures God gave Yesupadam for this New Year are from Isaiah 28:12ff, Acts 3:19-26, and Psalm 23:3. Refreshing of soul and spirit comes through the cleansing of confession and repentance, and also as God fulfills His promises and prophecies in the lives of His people. May we all experience God’s presence in a new way this year as He refreshes us and fulfills His desires for our lives!

DECEMBER, 2007…

December 8-12, 2007 our precious friend Dr. Michael Brown came for his annual trip to be with us for a 4 day gathering of all our churches, as well as the graduation of our DTC students. 79 men and women received their diplomas and then received their commission to GO and serve the Lord…as children’s workers, evangelists, pastors, pastor’s wives, prayer warriors, however the Lord leads! What a glorious time!!

As Indian tradition would have it, babies are named sometime after their birth by a respected leader. Dr. Brown had the honor of naming 3 babies within ½ an hour…Ezra and Rajitha’s son ‘Paul’, Kiran and Priya’s son ‘Steve’, and Sunil and Kalpana’s son ‘Jonathon’. Kalpana had prayed that very day, asking the Lord for His name for their son, and felt strongly that Jonathon was appropriate. As Dr. Brown spoke, he said ‘I know clearly that God gave me the name for this boy…Jonathon!’ Parents and grandparents were thrilled, and he truly has the sensitive, sweet spirit of a Jonathon. J

CHRISTMAS SEASON …each one of our churches has their own program, usually on the street, sharing the good news of Jesus’ birth to the entire surrounding neighborhood through a blaring sound system-a powerful month of evangelism. We use this time to bless widows also, and distributed 180 saris at our various programs. As we attended many of our village church programs, we were so thrilled to see practically how Jesus came to bring ‘good will toward men’ and shine his light in a dark world: brightly lit stars hung outside Christian homes, previous huts now are beautiful cement homes, dirt roads nicely paved, small shops in porches of believer’s homes, schools for the children…but most of all, joyful smiling faces! Praise God-He promises to bless wherever our feet will tread!!

FOR PRAYER…JANUARY’S BUSY SCHEDULE…

*Jan. 13-16 Our Annual CHILDREN’S CAMP where some 400 to 500 children will stay with us at our campus and be challenged with songs, skits, missionary stories, Bible lessons, puppet shows, testimonies, etc all on the theme ‘OH CHILD, FLEE FROM SIN’’! Please pray that all the children will be touched afresh by the Lord, many will be saved, and all will commit to serve the Lord with their entire life!

**Jan. 11-29 A total of 23 people on 5 different teams from the US will come to help us with the children’s ministry, teach in the DTC, preach, evangelize, and much more. Pray their presence in this nation will bring down God’s glory and blessings!

***Jan. 26 Our annual YOUTH MEET with guest speaker Yesupadam J . May these 700+ young people that attend be set on FIRE for Christ to make an impact in India and the nations of the world!

****Germany VISA We must reapply for Yesupadam’s visa here in India, so please pray for a speedy process and God’s timing to take us back to Germany. We are so blessed as we hear reports from there of how God is continuing to move powerfully in and through people’s lives…we believe there will be a new thrust of evangelism in the days to come which will sweep the nation and bring a great revival. The Germans covet your prayers!!

 Thank you all once again for your love, prayers and financial support in 2007. The Kingdom was advanced in myriads of ways, and you all have had a part to play. May the Lord richly bless you in return.
